If you are one of the many single adults who have little to no relationship experience, you are not alone. You don't have to feel the self-consciousness or the embarrassment that others might try to put on you, or that you put on yourself!

As a love coach, I've worked with many smart, attractive, successful singles who haven't had many or any romantic relationships. Others haven't had one in many years. There is a often a stigma attached to people in this situation - and there shouldn't be.

We live in a society where it is generally assumed that all people date and have relationships regularly. We should know better, since this is often not the case! At least more often than many people realize.

The reality is, every one of us is on our own journey in life. Whether you are serial monogamist, haven't had a date in 5 years or are somewhere in between, do not judge yourself or your choices. This has been your path, and you should feel proud - who you are right now is a result of everything that has happened in your life up until now.

If you're ready to change your love life and start dating with confidence, have no fear! It is within your power to do so.

In this video, I share some simple strategies to move forward and date with confidence.

Enjoy and happy dating!
