A compelling new set of films from Logo aim to elevate the lives and stories of everyday lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in heroic situations.

This impressive collection of stories includes a professional athlete and their struggles with mental illness, romance among a group of soldiers and the lives of a group of incarcerated women.

“The stories in the upcoming documentary slate expand on Logo’s rich history of diverse storytelling by providing fresh and eye-opening looks at some of today’s most talked about societal issues,” Pamela Post, SVP of Original Programming at Logo, said in a press release. “The filmmakers brilliantly showcase inspiring individuals who exhibit the true strength of the human spirit by overcoming challenges that threaten life and love.”
