With today's announcement of the day-by-day, hour-by-hour schedule Lollapalooza 2011, festival-goers finally have the opportunity to plot their plan of attack for the raucous event, which will be celebrating its twentieth birthday come August 5 through 7 in Grant Park.

Further, any recessionistas out there planning to attend just one or even two days of Lolla can now make an informed decision: Friday offers the chance of a Gwyneth Paltrow spotting ("Meeeeee!") as her beau's band, Coldplay, shares end-of-the-night duties with Ratatat, Girl Talk and Muse. Bright Eyes, the Mountain Goats, Sleigh Bells and the Kills are also among day one's attractions.

Saturday, My Morning Jacket, Beirut, Pretty Lights and, yes, Eminem will serve up the day's finale while Cee Lo Green, Lykke Li, Atmosphere and others entertain under the sure-to-be hot sun earlier. Sunday, the weekend will draw to a close with Deadmau5, Kid Cudi and Foo Fighters. Best Coast, Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley & Nas and Titus Andronicus are among the artists playing sets earlier in the day.

Also announced today are chef and Lolla "culinary ambassador" Graham Elliot's choices for "Chow Town." This year, Elliot is offering up his own signature Grahamwich plus nosh from some 30 vendors including Kuma's Corner, Franks and Dawgs, Sola, The Gage and Connie's Pizza, which will apparently offer up a gluten-free, vegetarian take on their deep dish pies.

One-day Lolla tickets will cost you a flat, apparently service charge-inclusive $90 a pop and three-day passes are also still on sale for $215 at the Lolla site. You can also see the complete schedule here.

While you're smacking your lips with thoughts of watching live music in the sun with a Grahamwich in one hand and a Goose Island brew in the other, check out some of the folks playing Lollapalooza this year:
