Monday

To send American Craft Beer Week out with a bang, Smog City Brewery and The Tripel are teaming up for an evening of killer food and brews. The night begins with a cocktail beer hour at 6:30 p.m., followed by a special four-course tasting menu created by Brooke Williamson and Nick Roberts. Each course will be paired with a limited edition Smog City beer, all on draft. Seating is very limited -- for those unable to make the ticketed event, The Tripel will offer the special menu à la carte along with the limited selection of Smog City beers from 9 p.m.-close. Tickets are $65 per person (333 Culver Blvd.; 310-821-0333).

Tuesday

Back by popular public demand, Lucques is hosting its second annual lamb roast dinner. The three-course meal features spit-roasted Windrose Farm lamb with rosemary, thyme and salsa verde served with potato, green garlic and fava gratin and runs $75 per person (meal only). The inaugural 2011 dinner was served in honor of the release of Gabrielle Hamilton's book Blood, Bones & Butter (8474 Melrose Ave.).

Wednesday

Head to Papilles where you can BYOB on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. If you bring a French bottle of vino, there is no corkage fee but, a $15 corkage fee applies to any bottle that is not French. Even with a $15 corkage, it's possible to eat for a reasonable price at Papilles, where a three-course meal from chef Tim Carey's relatively abbreviated weekly menu costs about $35 (6221 Franklin Ave.; 323-871-2026).

Thursday

Tortilla Republic recently rolled out a daily happy hour deal from 4-7 p.m. The food and drink deals are available throughout the restaurant in case diners want to add some extra nibbles (like jalapeno croquetas with potatoes and goat cheese or carnitas tacos, priced between $2-6) or specially priced tipples (housemade margaritas from a bar that boasts nearly a dozen custom blends, wine, Mexican beer) to their meal (616 North Robertson Boulevard, 310-657-9888).

Friday

Head to AOC tonight for their first ever Paella Night. Alongside the main event will be tapas such as fried baby artichokes with fried octopus and honey aioli and roasted apricots with manchego, arugula and Pedro Ximénez (white grapes) as well as a dessert of vanilla flan with Spanish chocolate and almond "besos." Paella night costs $50 per person (meal only), and a variety of Spanish wines will be on offer for potential pairing; advance reservations aren't required, but may be procured by calling 323-653-6359 (8022 W. Third St.).

Saturday

Chow down at Dominick's Crawfish boil from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Chef Brandon Boudet will boil up 300 pounds of Louisiana crawfish on the patio of the restaurant. The feast will also include other Louisiana favorites like po'boys and crawfish-boiled artichokes. $10.99/pound. (8715 Beverly Blvd.; 310-652-2335).

Sunday

Brunch it up this Sunday at Fig & Olive Melrose where $32 gets you their new three-course prix-fixe brunch menu, which features items like gazpacho Andalucia, truffle mushroom fontina scrambled eggs and more (8490 Melrose Ave.; 310-360-9100).
