Here's Your First Look At The 'Love Actually' Sequel

You will actually love it.

Swoon.

The first photos from the set of the “Love Actually” mini-sequel are finally here, thanks to script editor Emma Freud. Freud, the wife of “Love Actually” director Richard Curtis, shared the photos on her Twitter Thursday, showing some of the cast members from the original 2003 holiday rom-com.

Liam Neeson, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Olivia Olson, Rowan Atkinson, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant and Keira Knightley are just some of the actors who will be reprising their roles in the short film for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day, which Curtis co-founded.

“I would never have dreamt of writing a sequel to ‘Love Actually,’ but I thought it might be fun to do 10 minutes to see what everyone is now up to. Who has aged best? I guess that’s the big question … or is it so obviously Liam?” Curtis previously joked in a statement. “We’ve been delighted and grateful that so many of the cast are around and able to take part -– and it’ll certainly be a nostalgic moment getting back together and recreating their characters 14 years later.”

Red Nose Day is a fundraising event by Comic Relief organized every two years to raise money to fight injustice and poverty across the U.K. and Africa. The upcoming short will be part of a charity telethon set to air March 24 on BBC One and May 25 on NBC.
