Just when we thought we couldn't love Lupita Nyong'o anymore, the Kenyan beauty has deepened our crush yet again by revealing her amazing hair braiding skills.
Our jaws dropped as we watched the Oscar-winning actress explain in a new Vogue video that she used to spend her weekends in college braiding her friends' hair.
"I decided it was going to be my side hustle. I was going to make some money braiding people's hair," Nyong'o told Vogue. "So I went to the great troubles of creating a poster -- but I just didn't have the heart to charge anyone."
Well, the current Vogue cover girl -- who learned to cornrow, box braid and twist from her aunt who owns a hair salon in Kenya -- definitely doesn't need a side hustle now. Between her Lancôme contract, Miu Miu campaign and upcoming movie projects, Nyong'o is doing quite well for herself. But it is nice to see that she still enjoys to get her hands into her friends' hair for fun!
"For me braiding hair is an intimate thing," Nyong'o said. "It's getting up close and personal and I like to do it for people I know and love and trust."
