Macaulay Culkin Reprises His 'Home Alone' Character As An Adult In New Web Series

He's still traumatized from being left home alone for a week as an 8-year-old.

The holiday season is nothing without a little "Home Alone."

This year, you don't even have to settle for a rewatch thanks to a new video featuring Macaulay Culkin in a role that strongly recalls his famous character Kevin McCallister. In the installment, the former child actor plays an on-demand car service driver still traumatized from being left home alone for a week at 8 years old. Can you even imagine?

The video, which comes just a month after the 25th anniversary of the original release of "Home Alone," is the first episode of DRYVRS, a new web series created by and starring musician, actor and producer Jack Dishel about one man's encounters as a car service passenger. Spoiler alert: Culkin fights off a carjacker with booby traps.

"I don't Internets, but if I did, I would strongly consider watching 'DRYVRS,'" Culkin who recently appeared as a fictionalized version of himself in "The Jim Gaffigan Show," said in a press release about the web series.

It's the perfect role for his non-Internets-doing -- and still very good at acting -- self.
