Political activist Madison Kimrey has issues -- in a good way.

She wants to improve education, health care and animal rights, and she'd love to vote for all of them someday soon.

But since she's only 13, she can't. So ahead of Tuesday's election, she's urging those who can vote to actually do it. The clip directs viewers to a voting pledge at the youth advocacy site OurTime.org.

Last year, Madison took North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory (R) to task over a state law that prohibits preregistration for young teens. She vowed to restore preregistration by the time she turns 16.

We wouldn't doubt her for a second.
