Madonna, 'Turn Up The Radio' Video: Singer Takes A Sexy Joyride Around Italy In Heels & Hotpants

WATCH: Madonna Romps Around Italy In Heels & Hotpants

The lesson in Madonna's new video for "Turn Up the Radio": When the world starts to get you down, just take a drive through the Italian countryside with your attractive male driver. Oh, and don't forget pick up a few vagabonds along the way for an epic backseat dance party.

Madonna looks like she's truly living la dolce vita in the new music video for her latest MDNA single, "Turn Up the Radio." In the video, the Queen of Pop -- flashing major cleavage -- sits in the backseat of a vintage convertible and fist-pumps her way through the streets of Italy.

The "Give Me All Your Luvin'" singer filmed the music video in Florence last month, amidst a controversial world tour. Madonna kicked off her "MDNA World Tour" in Tel Aviv in June, and Madge has since made a series of headlines that range from nipple flashing to butt flashing and even performing her song "Nobody Knows Me" in front of a giant screen showing French National Front leader Marine Le Pen with a swastika on her forehead. The National Front said Sunday that it plans to sue Madonna after the singer played the video again at the Stade de France on Saturday night.
