There are few foods that taste as marvelous as fresh organic strawberries. This bright red berry is wonderfully sweet and delicately tart. It's also packed with antioxidants and health-boosting phenols. So, basically, it's perfect.

Although you can eat strawberries in any state and they'll be tasty (seriously - green strawberries are yummy, too), we've rounded up a few of our favorite strawberry recipes that have appeared on Organic Authority.
