Today is the Africa Union day and Africa is celebrating it with a holiday! why? what do we have to celebrate? Now, instead of letting us stay home and costing Africa so much, the AU must make itself relevant and start sanctioning leaders who plunder their countries in Africa! Instead of finding innovative ways of ensuring Africa governs itself right lobbying to have more African nations do business with themselves and removing trade barriers, Making it easier for flight routes across countries in Africa - it takes me longer to get to Cameroon than it takes me to travel to the United States!

What is going to be Africa’s strategy for engaging with China and the UK after Brexit? We need to hold the AU more accountable! Why is the media not asking questions of the AU? Instead being happy to stay home as if all is well? What are you celebrating when you haven’t demonstrated significant wins?

What exactly am I celebrating? 🤔 just curious! If you are doing something then there is something seriously wrong with your communications! #IsTheAURelevant #MyMusings #MakeAUMoreRelevant
