Man Can't Have Pension of Wife He Killed: Judge

A man who admitted stabbing his wife to death in 2011, but was found not guilty by reason of insanity can not get her $21,000 pension.

A Washington state judge has ruled that Robert Selland falls under the state's "slayer statute," which prevents murderers from profiting from the death of their own victims.
