Mandy Moore Has A '90s Look To Remember (PHOTO)

Mandy Moore's Look To Remember

Although Mandy Moore is celebrated as an icon of the '90s, the singer has had quite a lucrative career in the past few years. After the New Hampshire native rose to prominence with her debut single "Candy," she went on to produce more music and later tried her hand at acting, starring in a number of films alongside A-listers like Diane Keaton. In fact, she won a Grammy in 2011 for a song she performed in the animated film "Tangled."

In celebration of her 29th birthday (on April 10), we are taking a look back at an old photo of the star, right when she was on the cusp of megastardom. In this 1999 snapshot, Moore is seen at the 10th Annual Billboard Music Awards, in a maxi skirt (that could easily double as a picnic blanket) and pink mock turtleneck -- hey, it was the '90s. Her hair was much lighter than it is now, but that contagious smile hasn't changed one bit. All we can say is, this is one red carpet look to remember.
