You set your intentions. You made your vision board. You're using positive affirmations. You're trying to visualize and believe with all your heart that you have a new $10,000 client calling you up and handing you a check for your services.
You've been doing this for years, but your business is still not where you want it to be. Is manifestation a crock of bologna or does it just not work for you?
Manifestation is real and is working for you right now even though your business seems to be growing slower than your balding uncle Joe's hair.
I'm about to share with you some powerful ancient secrets with a couple added steps that will take your manifestations from feeling like you're chasing rainbows to you receiving what you truly desire for your business faster than ever.
Here's my step-by-step guide to manifestation for business owners so that you can experience the joy of manifestation on steroids and create your ideal, prosperous, and super, satisfying business.
1. Clarity of Intention
This first step is consistent with most manifestation practices. To be able to receive anything, you have to be clear on what it is that you want to receive. Therefore, what you do here is start working with an intention list. Write down all of your intentions in the present tense.
Example: I sell out my next group retreat with ease.
Writing down your intentions is super powerful, but if you want to pack an extra manifesting punch, make a vision board. Find pictures that symbolize the essence of your intentions and make a collage with them.
2. Feeling Production
Now this is where the practice gets pumping with extra power. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. Basically what this means is that your feelings attract more circumstances into your life that help you feel the same way that you're feeling.
This is why if you "wake up on the wrong side of the bed" everything in your day will seem to go wrong. Since you feel like it's a bad day, the universe will give you more and more circumstances to confirm and attract more of those bad day feelings.
You'll spill coffee on shirt while driving to work, accidentally delete an important document, and have spinach stuck in your front teeth all day that everybody notices, but nobody tells you about!
Since your feelings are so important, you have to discover what it is that you want to feel when you fulfill your manifestation.
After you know what you want to feel by having your manifestation come to fruition, think of at least 3 other activities you could do to feel the same feeling that you desire. Then schedule those activities into your calendar so that you can feel the feeling you want to manifest and attract more of it.
Think back to the bad day example. You're feeling bad, so you attract more things to make you feel bad. If you feel satisfied, you will attract more things to make you feel satisfied.
Example: Selling out my next group retreat feels satisfying.
I feel satisfied when I: Buy local food. Complete an outdoor workout. Finish a book.
I'll schedule all of these activities into my calendar for the next two weeks.
3. Clarity of Fear
This is the biggest step that has to be done or your manifestation will be a "dead hope walking."
Life is a balance. The sun rises. The sun sets. The waves flow. The waves ebb. You have intention and you have fear. For the cycle to be complete, both sides have to be honored.
To honor the fear of your manifestations, use sentence prompts to become aware of them.
Example: If I sell out my next group, I'm afraid that...
This step is super important and people tend to avoid it because it's not all rainbows and unicorns. It can get a little messy before it feels good!
The last step is a daily practice I love and accidentally called "Gratitation" as I fumbled my words when I was explaining this practice to a friend.
This is a mix of gratitude and meditation. Every morning, take a meditation walk and offer gratitude to everything you see and feel. This will start your day off with a feeling of gratitude and an acknowledgement of the truth of how you feel.
Example: Thank you Universe. Thank you trees. Thank you ants. Thank you angry person passing me on the sidewalk. You all are an absolutely necessary part of my journey. Thank you for playing your part so well. Thank you for giving me exactly what I need. Thank you for your focus on me. Everything is a gift for my well-being and expansion. Thank you.
Do these four steps consistently and watch your entrepreneurial desires manifest at warp speed.
