Mansion On O Street Sells Unusual Wares In 'Razzle Dazzle Yard Sale' (PHOTOS)

LOOK: Strange, Cool Items For Sale At Mansion On O Street

WASHINGTON -- Gawkers rejoice, the Mansion on O Street has opened their doors for your perusal. Since Monday the five floor behemoth of a Dupont Circle museum/hotel/concert space/bar/restaurant/wedding venue and more has been selling some of the wares.

The Mansion is in the midst of their annual Razzle Dazzle Yard Sale. We recommended that interested parties visit the space on Tuesday of this week to avoid the early rush. Visiting the space four days into the nine day sale, there was no reason to worry about finding enough items to purchase

The five floors of the space are open to the public. Other than the signed guitars (they have axes signed by everyone from Alabama to the Boss), everything is for sale. With little rhyme or reason to the layout, this is the time for interested parties to wander, poke, prode and purchase.

The first floor is reason enough to head to O Street. The second, third, fourth, floor between four and five and fifth floor hotel rooms are also jam packed with purchasable goods. If you've been wondering what's decorating a $4,000 a night room in the middle of a residential neighborhood, here's your chance to find out and save some cash.

Sales from the rummage sale go back toward the O Street Museum Foundation. According to the site, the organization is an inviting space for all forms of art.

O Street Museum Foundation promotes and embraces life, from every culture, resulting in a wide - ranging collection of paintings, photographs, sculpture, books, artifacts, and music, from all over the globe. These works celebrate life, culture, all religions, science, education, and more.

The Razzle Dazzle Yard Sale continues until Sept. 4. Doors are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., rain or shine, "it’s inside silly."
