This is the first marriage for De Lima and Anthony’s third, as he was previously married to Jennifer Lopez and former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres. The two do not have children together.
The timing is curious as Anthony and Lopez ended the debut performance of their new single with an emotional speech a kiss at Thursday night’s Latin Grammys.
“In our own personal and artistic journey we have learned and grown so much,” Lopez said in Spanish before presenting Anthony with an award and then locking lips. “You will always be many things in my life: my mentor, my soulmate, a father. He isn’t just the Person of the Year, he is the person of an entire lifetime, for all of history. And it is an honor, to present you with this award for Person of the Year.”
Earlier this year, the two, who split in 2011 after seven years of marriage, announced that they were working on an album together. The former couple also earned our title of “friendliest exes in Hollywood” by regularly supporting each other at their various concerts and performances and saying they “still love each other.”
The Huffington Post has reached out to reps for Anthony and Lopez and will update this post accordingly.
