What can’t a six-pack cure? While revealing her daily routine to Harper’s Bazaar, Margot Robbie shared that there’s one thing that gets her to sleep every night: a steaming-hot beer shower. And no, we’re not talking about the beauty hack that involves washing your hair with a Corona.

“I like to have a beer shower — a nice beer in the shower,” the Suicide Squadstar, 26, explained. “When I did Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, I was saying, ‘Oh, my God, I can’t wait to go home,’ and Tina Fey’s costume lady was like, ‘Me too. I can’t wait to go home and have a beer shower.’ I was like, ‘What’s a beer shower?’ She said she drinks an ice-cold beer in a boiling-hot bath or shower, and it made her sleep. I was like, ‘That sounds perfect!’ So now when I get home from work, I have a beer shower or a beer bath if I have time.”

Robbie confessed that she’s “something of an insomniac,” who uses everything from eye masks to soothing music to catch those extra zzz’s. But when all else fails, she relies on a little magic to get her to sleep.

“I’m a massive Harry Potter nerd, and although I’ve read the books probably 20 times each, I read Harry Potter before bed and it helps me switch my brain off,” she said.

The Wolf of Wall Street actress also dished a few of her favorite beauty products — including one that makes it a little less noticeable when she gets a less than optimal slumber: Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils in High Density Black ($32,yslbeautyus.com), Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Foundation ($64,giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com) and Talika Eye Therapy Patch and Case ($67, talika.com). “Talika under-eye patches help with puffiness,” she shared.
