Mario Cantone Marries Longtime Partner Jerry Dixon

Mario Cantone is a married man! The "Sex and the City" actor wed longtime partner Jerry Dixon earlier this month, he revealed on "The View" Friday.

"We got married on my roof by Jamie Bakker, who is Tammy Faye Bakker's son," he said. "It was beautiful, just my family was there."

According to Cantone, the longtime couple just decided it was the right time for them to tie the knot.

"I got married for the same reasons you did," he said, motioning to "View" co-host and fellow newlywed Joy Behar. "We're older, we've been together for 20 years. After 20 years you're like, 'Thanks for the anticlimactic honeymoon, government!'"

"I love him. He's a good man," Cantone said of Dixon.

According to E! Online, the couple, both dressed in Calvin Klein, walked down the aisle to the Rufus song "In Love We Grow," while Marc Broussard's "Lucky" played after their rooftop "I dos."
