Marni For H&M Collection To Debut In March 2012 (VIDEO)

And H&M's Next Designer Collaboration Is...

Get ready, budget fashion mavens: H&M has just announced the newest designer collaboration, and it's a good one.

After rumors ran wild that the next H&M designers would be everyone from Tom Ford to another Versace line -- well, that one's kind of true -- execs finally announced that the latest gurus to pick up the collaboration pen will be Marni.

The Italian fashion label, helmed by Consuelo Castiglioni, will design a line that features Marni's signature prints and and use of whimsical colors. Women's Wear Daily reports that the collection will be sold in about 260 H&M stores worldwide, as well as online.

"I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favorite pieces in signature fabrics and prints. As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colors, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements," Castiglioni told Forbes.

Start picking out your camping gear now, H&M collab enthusiasts: Marni for H&M will be available on March 8, 2012. Let's maybe just try to avoid hospitalizing anyone this time.
