WATCH: Lisa Rinna's Advice On Spicing Up Your Marriage

Maintaining an active sex life in marriage is difficult, but luckily, there are resources out there to help couples rekindle the spark.

Lisa Rinna recently co-authored the "Big Fun Sexy Sex Book" with sex therapist Ian Kerner, which aims to help couples spice up things in the bedroom. Kerner and Rinna stopped by the "Today" show Wednesday to talk about how sex is often a challenge for many married couples.

Rinna admitted that there was a period in her life where she lost interest in sex. "I lost my mojo. Hard to believe, right? But I did, right after I had my first child." She explained that she suffered from postpartum depression. "But I found ways to get it back and it took me a while."

The book, which Rinna described as a "'Fifty Shares Of Grey' workbook," offers up tips including introducing more "choreplay," the idea that helping around the house relaxes your partner and helps them become more receptive to sex by putting them "in the mood."
