"The most interesting part for me about water is it all looks the same. Obviously we have different bottle shapes, but it's all H2O, it's all clear," said Riese, who works for LA restaurant Ray's & Stark Bar. "But still there's a huge taste profile to it. You can taste the terra of the different regions around the world and I think this is really amazing and cool."
Reise isn't the only one with the interesting sommelier title, though he says he is the only person in the U.S. with the certification. Watch the video above to see if you're convinced of his tasting abilities.
