Marvel's 'Daredevil' Netflix Series Just Got Its First Trailer

He's just trying to make his city a better place. Netflix's "Daredevil," the first of four Marvel series to debut on the streaming service, now has its very first trailer. Charlie Cox ("Boardwalk Empire") stars as Matt Murdock, the blind crime fighter with heightened senses living in modern-day Hell's Kitchen, New York. The series follows Murdock as he works as defense attorney by day and fights injustice by night.

Vincent D'Onofrio will play villian Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, joined by Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson and Deborah Ann Woll ("True Blood") as Karen Page. All are briefly glimpsed in the first trailer, which is built around Murdock giving a confession to a priest. Intense! Watch above.

"Daredevil" premieres on April 10 on Netflix.
