A 63-year-old motorist is accused of masturbating at the wheel when he crashed his car into a van in Georgia on Monday morning.
Donald Marvin Johnson allegedly plowed his Saturn Ion into the back of a Chevrolet Astro at an intersection in the Augusta suburb of Martinez, The Smoking Gun reported.
A witness told cops she saw Johnson's car "swerving and driving recklessly" on the Bobby Jones Expressway and Washington Road before the smash.
According to a Columbia County Sheriff's Office report, the witness also alleged his vehicle "almost hit her two or three times."
"The last time she looked over at Mr. Johnson, he had his penis exposed outside of his pants and was physically masturbating," the report stated.
Deputies arrived on the scene shortly after the crash and spoke to the witness. Injuries were reported from the incident, but it's not clear whether the female witness was the person hurt. The current condition of the injured is also not known.
The Martinez resident was arrested and charged with public indecency and following too closely, WJBF reported. He was booked into the Columbia County Detention Center and is being held on $11,200 bond.
Per The Smoking Gun, he was previously convicted of public indecency in 2008 for masturbating while driving.
