Matt Damon's Miami House For Sale For $20 Million (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

LOOK: Inside Matt Damon's Miami Beach Mansion

When Matt Damon bought a home in Miami Beach in 2005, he loved the place so much he combined it with the parcel next door.

Now, the actor's moving on -- and hoping to make about $5 million on the sale of his Mediterranean mansion.

As first reported by Wall Street Journal, Damon has listed his sprawling waterfront property on prestigious North Bay Road for $20 million. Listings show the 12,705-square foot pad features seven bedrooms, nine full baths, a two-bedroom guest house, and amenities including a home theatre, custom office, and cavernous master bedroom suite with a spa bath and private terrace.

Then there's 170 feet of waterfront on gorgeous Biscayne Bay, and neighbors including Barry Gibb, Dwyane Wade, Alex Rodriguez, and Chris Bosh.

“From the moment you step inside the beautiful courtyard entrance, you are immediately surrounded by spectacular, sweeping panoramic views and you instantly begin to see what makes this property truly special,” said listing agent Jill Hertzberg. “This rare jewel in the heart of Miami Beach is an incredible setting for anyone lucky enough to enjoy the fabulous lifestyle this address provides."

Indeed. But Damon, who met his wife while she was bartending in Miami, may want to focus on life in Los Angeles: the Wall Street Journal reports he recently spent $15 million for a home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, on the same street as buddy Ben Affleck.
