On Tuesday night, New York City restaurateurs Eric Marx and Lisle Richards of The Metric (The Wayfarer, Gilded Lily) officially unveiled their latest project, Kola House, at 408 West 15th Street.

Hosted by Swizz Beatz, Jenne Lombardo and AJ Calloway, we had a blast sipping handcrafted cocktails and jamming to a surprise performance from LCD Soundsystem.

Other notable guests in attendance included R&B Singer Maxwell, Comedian J.B. Smoove, Hannah Bronfman & Brendan Fallis and Maxwell Osborne & Dao-Yi Chow of Public School.

The band performed hits such as “I Can Change,” “Daft Punk is Playing at My House” and “All My Friends” in front of an intimate crowd.

Throughout the evening, we enjoyed bites from Kola House Executive Chef Jon Feshan (previously of ABC Kitchen) and experimental cocktails and elixirs developed by resident flavor chemist, Alex Ott.

It was a fabulous New York Night!
