McCain: "I've Always Aspired to be a Dictator"

We all remember George W. Bush's quip, but it appears that Sen. John McCain has similar aspirations.

We all remember George W. Bush's quip that "if this were a dictatorship it'd be a hell of a lot easier, as long as I'm the dictator," but it appears that Sen. John McCain has similar aspirations.

Speaking before the Des Moines Register editorial board on the issue of the Wall Street bailout bill, McCain emphasized that the bill wasn't perfect, adding:

"If I were dictator, which I've always aspired to be, I would write it a little bit differently."
