For years, McDonald's super-enthusiasts have insisted that the fast food chain has a real secret menu. Their claims were verified Saturday by a Scotland-based Mickey D's manager in the form of a Reddit AMA.
Reddit user orchidhibiscus confirmed that patrons can order off-the-menu items like the Land Air and Sea Burger (beef, chicken and Filet-O-Fish patties stacked in one bun). Orchidhibiscus explained:

How To Order: Ask for fresh nuggets. I was surprised that the McDonald's employee we ordered from knew exactly what we were asking for.
I used to work at McDonalds. If you order, especially chicken nuggets, just ask for them fresh. Otherwise they've been just sitting in their container in the heat. They have a timer, but 9/10 times when that timer goes off, people just reset the timer instead of making new ones. This could go on until all the nuggets are sold.
