The McGhee Sextuplets Have A Total Meltdown Over Dinner (VIDEO)

WATCH: Why These Toddlers Had A Total Meltdown

Sextuplet parents Mia and Rozonno McGhee have learned that having a system in place is the key to surviving six toddlers in their terrible twos -- but every once in a while, even the best plan fails. On the new season of "6 Little McGhees," viewers see what happens when Mother Nature puts a wrench in the family's normal dinnertime schedule.

In this clip from the episode, Mia and Rozonno leave work in a snowstorm. Normally, Mia has time to go home and start dinner before the kids need to be picked up. But today, slow driving conditions mean the parents have to change their routine and drive straight to daycare to get the sextuplets.

"When the food is not on the table for my kids when they get home from daycare, they have a fit," Mia says.

And unfortunately, crying is contagious in the McGhee house -- so when the toddlers discover their dinner isn't ready, it doesn't take long for all six to be in full-meltdown mode.

"Even when you have a system, if it goes down -- there's a lot of trouble," Mia says.

In spite of the tantrums, Mia manages to get dinner on the table, and six rambunctious McGhees instantly transform into well-behaved toddlers as they sit down to eat.

"As soon as my kids eat, they calm down," Mia says. "The system is back in place."

"6 Little McGhees" airs Saturdays at 10 p.m. ET on OWN.
