'Men In The Alps' Calendar Raises Money For HIV/AIDS Prevention

" Men In The Alps " is an annual charity calendar, the proceeds of which are donated to associations engaged in AIDS prevention and consultancy. Over the last nine years the non-profit initiative has raised more than $140,000 for the AIDS Help Desks of South Tyrol, Italy and Munich, Germany.

Organizers dedicate each year to a special theme. In an e-mail to The Huffington Post, scriptwriter and art director Gerhard Zanetti confirmed that this final calendar's theme embodies "rainbow colors and international greetings. For each month we offer two sheets, the A-side is a colorful homage to our home country and the B-Side is made in the studio and focuses erotically on the model."

Each year about 20 amateur models of all ages from all over the Alpine Arch participate at the charity project. The 2014 calendar will, unfortunately, be the last installment in the "Men In The Alps" charity project.
