Messe Kopp 'Forward': Filmmaker Captures Hypnotizing 'Reverse' Walk Through Jerusalem (VIDEO)

WATCH: Hypnotizing 'Reverse' Walk Through Jerusalem Will Blow Your Mind

Messe Kopp, a filmmaker in Israel, has created a mind-boggling video featuring a mesmerizing "reverse" walk through the streets of downtown Jerusalem.

For the video titled "Forward," Kopp was filmed walking backward through the city, partially undressing and getting hit with a bucketful of water and a faceful of cake, before finally falling onto a waiting mattress in an alleyway.

In the final clip, however, that footage is shown in reverse.

According to PetaPixel, Kopp spent "countless hours" conceptualizing and planning the video. However, the final 2-and-a-half minute clip was reportedly taken in just one take.

Kopp's video has already been viewed more than 2 million times since it was uploaded on March 18, with many netizens praising the clip for its creativity and mind-bending aesthetic.

"I love this… can't stop watching it," wrote impressed YouTube user "ergooden" on Thursday.

On his Facebook page, Kopp has acknowledged the outpouring of support for his clip with words of gratitude.

"I just wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. The kind words & the sharing of the video is very much appreciated. I have never received so many compliments in my life in such a short time... My mind is trippin'," he wrote on Wednesday.

The original video of Kopp moving backwards has also been posted online. Watch it here and tell us what you think in the comments below:
