This Extended Trailer For The Spanish-Language 'Breaking Bad' Will Give You Deja Vu

Watch 6 Minutes Of 'Metastasis,' The Spanish-Language 'Breaking Bad'

We got our first look at "Metástasis," Univision's Spanish-language remake of "Breaking Bad," last fall when the trailer was released. But now ScreenCrush has uncovered a 6-minute trailer with English subtitles.

The extended trailer, which was actually uploaded to YouTube last October, introduces Walter Blanco (aka the Colombian Walter White) in a nearly shot-for-shot retelling of the first few episodes of "Breaking Bad." The "Metástasis" trailer is so similar to the original series that it may give you some serious déjà vu, but don't worry, there are some differences.

Hank is now Henry, Skylar is Cielo, Jesse is Jose, and instead of a beat-up RV, the rolling meth lab is now an old school bus. If you're more of a visual person, New Republic has made an awesome chart breaking down how "Metástasis" differs from "Breaking Bad." A premiere date for the remake series hasn't been announced yet, but hopefully the extended trailer and chart will hold you over for now.
