Metta World Peace Checks President Obama's NBA Ownership Fantasy

He said President Obama has to "work his way up."

President Obama recently said in an interview with GQ that he had dreams of becoming an owner for an NBA team one day, but Los Angeles Lakers forward Metta World Peace said it shouldn't be that easy.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, World Peace said the commander in chief should have to "work his way up" to becoming an owner of the team.

He also said that President Obama should start out as a "video boy" and ascend through the hierarchy of becoming an assistant coach and GM before becoming an owner.

"You just can't be an owner," World Peace said.

The Queensbridge Gawd has spoken.
