Monday afternoon a water main break on Crespi Boulevard between 84 and 85 streets in Miami Beach caused a boil water advisory and water outages for 500 customers, according to Miami Beach spokesperson Nannette Rodriguez.
It also caused a sinkhole, which was just big enough to nearly swallow a yellow sports car as the driver was stopped at a stop sign.
By morning, only 40 remained without water, reports NBC Miami.
