Michael Douglas Solo On The Red Carpet At The Emmys

Michael Douglas was solo on the red carpet as he arrived to the 2013 Emmy Awards on Sept. 22.

The actor, who is nominated for his role as Liberace in HBO's "Behind the Candelabra," recently split with his wife of 13 years, Catherine Zeta-Jones. The couple's reps confirmed their separation, telling HuffPost Celebrity, "Catherine and Michael are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage. There will be no further comment."

Zeta-Jones is actually in China celebrating the opening night of the Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis at Qingdao Beer City tonight.

Still, despite the rumors that the pair is heading for a divorce, Douglas spoke out about the split, admitting, "We, we are fine. My wife and I are, are fine. We take a temporary separation, but the press, it gives you stuff to write about."
