A 48-year-old Boca Raton man is in Palm Beach County jail after police said he harassed his neighbors and exposed his genitals in front of their young daughter.
Michael Glynn is charged with committing a lewd or lascivious act and exposure of sexual organs. Glynn's neighbor called police Monday evening around 7 p.m. after the partially clothed man began causing a disturbance from across the canal.
Glynn started throwing things at the man's boat, then began calling his daughter and wife derogatory names. He pulled down his underpants and started grabbing his genitals, according to the report, and then started gyrating in a sexual manner. He then flipped off the family and said they were wimps.
The neighbor told cops that he yelled back at Glynn to just go back in his house, but he irately refused.
When police showed up at Glynn's house, he told officers that he didn't want to talk about what had happened, and that they should just take him to jail.
Court records show that Glynn served four months in jail for assault on someone over the age of 65, and that he's got a long list of traffic and misdemeanor charges between both Palm Beach and Broward counties.
Glynn was also arrested last week in Palm Beach County on assault charges, and for allegedly threatening a public servant, according to the Palm Beach Post.
