"Hollywood Unplugged," a new series on HuffPost Entertainment, shows our culture's most influential figures in a new light. Instead of focusing on their accomplishments, it examines how they continue to thrive despite the inevitable stress.

HuffPost Entertainment caught up with a host of stars at Saturday night's premiere of "Trust Me" at the Tribeca Film Festival. Written and directed by Clark Gregg, "Trust Me" tells the story of a struggling Hollywood agent who represents child actors and, after constantly losing clients to his vindictive nemesis (Sam Rockwell), stumbles on a goldmine when he finds an unsigned 13-year-old (newcomer Saxon Sharbino) who's perfect for the lead in a "Twilight"-style franchise. At the premiere, HuffPost Entertainment asked the film's stars to answer a timely question: What do you do to unwind and blow off steam after a high-profile event like this?

Tracy Pollan and Michael J. Fox

Pollan: You know, we attend a lot less than you would think. Usually our daughter wakes up and we have to put her back to bed. That's how we unwind, is to put her back to bed.

Saxon Sharbino

Sharbino: I've never had a high-profile event like this, so I don't know.
HuffPost: So what's up for the rest of the night?
Sharbino: Probably some ice cream or something like that.

Jennifer Grey and Clark Gregg

Grey: Take off our clothes and get under the sheets and breathe. [Laughs]
HuffPost: As simple as that, right?
Gregg: It's pretty much that simple.

Paul Sparks

Sparks: You know, I have a three-and-a-half-year-old child, and he dominates the majority of my kickback-and-relax-and-blow-off-steam [time].
HuffPost: So is he incorporated in the kickback, or do you have to find time away from him to kick back?
Sparks: We're learning, we're learning. He's great. He's such a different energy than all this, you know? It's nice to be able to go and sort of ground yourself because this is fantasy almost, so it's really nice to go and deal with reality.
HuffPost: So what's more exhausting: talking to all these people on the red carpet and doing movies, or going home and having a three-and-a-half-year-old?
Sparks: Having a kid. I mean, this is exhausting insofar as it's nerve-racking and you are on display. But the sort of day-in, day-out work of having a child is far more exhausting.

Felicity Huffman

Felicity Huffman: Well, I usually take a bath, but I run. I can't say I run in the middle of the night, but I'm a runner.

Amanda Peet

Peet: Drink. Drink.
HuffPost: Drink?
Peet: Drink.
HuffPost: Simple as that?
Peet: Yes, what else is there? Drink.
HuffPost: Is that what you'll be doing later tonight after this?
Peet: Yes!
