Michael Jordan Attends Bobcats Practice; Gerald Henderson Says Mike's 'Still Got It'

Jordan's 'Still Got It'

Having your team owned by arguably the greatest player of all time comes with its perks -- namely the opportunity to learn from a legend face-to-face.

On Tuesday, Michael Jordan showed the kids how it's done, attending Bobcats practice and engaging his young players in a little one-on-one. The competitive nature hasn't faded in Jordan, 49, who took on Gerald Henderson and rookie Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, the Charlotte Observer notes.

"He’s still got it. He can still shoot," Henderson said. "I don’t know about his defense, but he can still score."

Jordan has made it a habit to attend practice. He imparted his wisdom on the squad in February 2011, and like now, players were marveling at how he's managed to preserve his game almost a decade after his third and final retirement from the NBA.

It shouldn't come as a surprise, however, considering Jordan was still throwing down dunks last year at the age of 48.
