Michael Jordan Reveals Dream Job If He Never Played Ball

He also said he could take LeBron James, "No question."

If Michael Jordan didn't have legendary skills on the basketball court, we might be calling him "His Airness" for a whole different reason.

At one of his annual Flight School sessions, Jordan revealed in a Q&A posted by Bay Area HQ that if he couldn't play basketball or baseball, he would have wanted to be a weatherman.

I went to college, I got my degree in cultural geography, and everybody wanted to know what is cultural geography? Well, it’s an introduction to meteorology. I always wanted to be the weatherman. Don’t laugh! But that’s what I really wanted to do. So if I wasn’t playing basketball or baseball, I was going to tell you what the weather was going to be like tomorrow.

CLEAR SKIES HEAD, MJ!

It was a great Q&A with the greatest ever, who said there's "no question" he could take LeBron James in one-on-one in his prime. However, today, between King James and Stephen Curry, Jordan said he'll take his chances with the reigning MVP.

"Because I'm a little bit bigger than him, I could kind of back him in. But LeBron is too big," Jordan said.

The NBA legend also spoke about his preferences on the bench. Despite his historic run with the Bulls and the Zen Master, Jordan said if he had one game to play, he'd want his University of North Carolina coach, the late Dean Smith, to lead it.

"Dean Smith helped me become the basketball player I am today. Phil was lucky because I was taught the game by Dean Smith," Jordan said.

As for who he'd bring on to join his Air Jordan brand, he turned to the baseball diamond.

"I'm a big fan of [Mike] Trout "I wish I could hire him, but he's a Nike guy. I can't steal Nike's guys."
