Michael Kacer got a standing ovation after the wounded Afghanistan veteran caught a foul ball in his baseball cap at Yankee Stadium last week.
Kacer, who lost his arm after a 2008 rocket attack in Afghanistan, gave the ball to his nephew Isaiah.
"All I kept thinking was, I've gotta get this ball for my nephew," Kacer told Fox News.
Kacer was at the game with Achilles International, a non-profit group that uses sports to "bring hope, inspiration and the joys of achievement to people with disabilities," according to its site.
