The "Today" show hosted Michael Vick on Tuesday but aired footage of a different quarterback during the interview.
Vick sat down with "Today" co-host Matt Lauer to plug his new book "Finally Free," a memoir he penned after serving 19 months in prison for his involvement in running a dog-fighting ring.
As Lauer discussed Vick's football career after serving time (he now plays for the Philadelphia Eagles), "Today" producers ran b-roll of a quarterback at practice, wearing a number 8 jersey. Unfortunately, multiple outlets reported that the video was of quarterback Jerrod Johnson.
Watch the mistaken footage, via Guyism, in the clip above. The "Today" show seems to have updated the b-roll in its video below. The footage airs roughly three minutes into the video.

Editor's Note: Since the "Today" show aired, the erroneous b-roll was replaced in the online clip, which resulted in a correction notice on this article. The original post was correct, and the video from Guyism has been added to reflect the original b-roll as it aired.
