Vanity Fair contributing editor, Guardian columnist, Rupert Murdoch biographer and self-described "obnoxious know-it-all" Michael Wolff joined HuffPost Live earlier this week to discuss Fox News with host Alicia Menendez, former White House communications Director Anita Dunn and The New Republic's Eliza Gray.

Over the course of the nearly 30-minute segment, Wolff defended Fox News and its top executive, Roger Ailes, while also dismissing the need for journalistic integrity ("blah, blah, blah," he said) and repeatedly questioning whether anyone else in the segment knew how the cable news industry worked. And apparently the segment won him few fans on Twitter: Wolff tweeted Thursday night that he'd lost 900 followers in the 24 hours since his HuffPost Live appearance, commenting that the platform "has power, unexpectedly":
