Michele Bachmann Laughed At For Claiming She Does Not Do 'Political Speech'

: Bachmann Laughed At Over 'Political' Remark

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) drew laughs when she claimed she doesn't do "political speech" during a debate against opponent Jim Graves on Tuesday.

"It's insulting to say that these are political speech, because that's one thing I do not do, is political speech," Bachmann said, prompting many in the audience to laugh loudly.

The event was the first of three debates between Bachmann and Graves. The two will meet again on November 1 in a debate airing on Minnesota Public Radio, and once more on Nov. 4 in an event that will be televised on KSTP Channel 5.
