Michelle Obama Keeps It Going In Naeem Khan At National Prayer Service, White House Tour (PHOTOS)

Can this week just NEVER end? Okay, cool, thanks.

There's no rest for the chic.

Just hours after her stunning Inauguration Day duo of a Thom Browne coatdress and that breathtaking ruby Jason Wu, First Lady Michelle Obama pulled another American designer outfit out of her very stylish pocket: a custom Naeem Khan ivory wool-applique coat with a jeweled neckline and a coordinating dress.

The first lady must've been tired -- her husband, too -- on Tuesday morning, but that didn't stop them from attending the traditional post-inaugural interfaith prayer service at the National Cathedral along with the Bidens.

Khan told Women's Wear Daily that he first made the outfit about a month ago for an unspecified occasion, somthing he says is standard protocol for the first lady's office: “There is never a confirmation for what it’s going to be for.” Well, that's not stressful at all.

Luckily for Khan, his gorg ensemble didn't stop there; Mrs. O also wore the outfit -- ditching the coat -- as she and the president (and Bo!) surprised White House tour guests with an impromptu meet and greet, which the White House streamed live on its website. Oh, to have been in that receiving line.

We also love how she pulled her hair up, showing off those fab new bangs.
