Michelle Obama Hugs It Out With Samantha Cameron In London (PHOTOS, POLL)

First Lady Michelle Obama made a quick costume change on Tuesday and headed off to her next destination -- 10 Downing Street to meet British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha.

Michelle paired a full, fuchsia frock by Roksanda Ilincic with a purple Narciso Rodriguez overcoat, while Sam stuck with a short-sleeved, patterned Peter Pilotto dress and gray pumps.
