Michelle Williams Fires Back At Fans On Twitter About Baby Blue Ivy Carter

Michelle Williams' Twitter Rant On Baby Blue Ivy

This weekend was all about Baby Blue Ivy.

After the news broke that Beyonce and Jay-Z's highly anticipated baby girl was born, celebrities and fans took to Twitter to congratulate the pop queen and rap mogul. But there was one celebrity whose lack of a public celebration raised some questions.

When former Destiny's Child member, Michelle Williams, stayed quiet on the social networking site, it prompted some users to badger the singer about her "lack of support" for her friend and former group mate. But Michelle did not take the criticism lightly, telling fans she was too close to Queen Bey to congratulate her on the internet.

One user tweeted the following:

An outraged Ms. Williams fired back telling any critics that Twitter is the last method she would use to congratulate her friend, who doesn't even have a Twitter account.

Let's get ONE thing straight....I do NOT have to say congrats to someone when they're NOT on twitter...ESPECIALLY when I talk or email them all the time....or when I'll be physically present as well...so harrassing and stalking my timeline to see if I've mentioned something is POINTLESS!!! My friendship with people aren't always for twitter display. Respect that and get a LIFE!!! Enjoy this FINE day!!! God bless!!!!

She went on to say:

Beyonce gave birth to her and Jay-Z's first child Saturday night, E! Online reports. According to the New York Daily News , the couple booked the entire fourth floor of the hospital for $1.3 million, to ensure their little princess' debut into the world was both private and posh.

The news broke after weeks of rumors that the singer was close to giving birth and had even named the child Tiana-May Carter.

In celebration of Baby Blue's arrival, Black Voices has pulled together a fantasy baby registry and we've spared no expense. The most famous baby in the world should definitely have a $17,000 diamond encrusted pacifier, $84,000 diaper bag,$500 spoon, and of course baby high heels, right?

Well, we definitely won't be gifting any of these ridiculously expensive items but they're super fun to look at.
