Miley Cyrus is her grandma’s biggest fan and it seems the feeling’s mutual. The 24-year-old singer brought her grandma ― AKA “Mammie” ― to a taping of “The Voice” Tuesday as part of her support crew.

“MAMMIE is captain of the Team Miley cheer squad!” Cyrus captioned an Instagram photo.

Mammie was clearly having a ball as she happily posed in one of the judge’s chairs and was even thrilled with the show’s results.

Cyrus’ mother, Trish Cyrus, was also around for the taping and three generations of the women posed together backstage for a photo.

The pop singer has always been close to her grandmother, Loretta Finley, and even sports a tattoo of her on her forearm. Cyrus debuted the ink on Twitter as a birthday present to Mammie in 2013 with the caption “Because I am her favorite and she is mine.”

Like Cyrus, singers Katy Perry and Rihanna are also super close with their grandparents. Perry often brings her grandma as her date to red carpet events and Rihanna, like Cyrus, got a tattoo to pay tribute to her grandmother after her death.
