The 20-year-old singer debuted her huge new tattoo on Twitter today (Nov. 5), posting a picture of the body art and writing:

Cyrus confirmed the tattoo is of her maternal grandmother, Loretta Finley aka Mammie, in an exchange with a Twitter follower.
