MrSEC.com notes that posts on the Facebook accounts of three Mississippi State recruits suggest that they visited a strip club during a campus visit last weekend.
While none of the three players directly mention a strip club, all of them speak of visiting "the Pony." And what is the Pony? According to its own web site, the Pony "one of the fastest growing chains of adult entertainment complexes in the country." And of course, there happens to be a location just 19 miles away from Mississippi State's Starkville campus.
Jay Hughes wrote that he "had lots of fun at state this weekend....POOONNNYYYYYYY." Another recruit, Robert Johnson, echoed similar thoughts: "Had fun at Mississippi State this weekend...... THE PONYYYYY."
Jameon Lewis was slightly more subtle in his update, burying the Pony in the middle of his paragraph-long post (and inside parentheses!):
AINT BEEN TO LONG MADE IT HME... MAN WE HAD SUM FUN ET STATE BUT MY FAVORITE PART WAS WEN WE WENT TO (THE PONY) OH YEAH!!! IM 100% AH BULLDOG... OH YEAH I LIKED DA OTHA PARTY 2.. BIG UPS TO MI BIG DAWG PLAYERS BUT APPRECIATE DA HOST C.MITCHELL N L.PERKINS .. J.LEWIS#?
UPDATE: Lewis denies that he visited a the Pony on the trip.
