Mitt Romney 2012: MoveOn Parody Featuring Justin Long Hits GOP Candidate For 'Firing People'

'We Make Them Better.. Mostly By Firing People'

Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney has received much criticism over his work at Bain Capital in recent weeks. A group supporting his rival, Newt Gingrich, even released a 28-minute documentary hitting the former Massachusetts governor for a series of business deals made by the private equity firm.

Now, the progressive nonprofit advocacy group MoveOn is joining in on the criticism, releasing a video poking fun at Romney in his "office."

The video -- which stars actor Justin Long as the presidential hopeful -- depicts Romney in a parody of the NBC show "The Office." Throughout the video, Romney thinks of new and interesting ways to fire people.

Romney raised eyebrows while campaigning in New Hampshire earlier this month when he said that he liked "being able to fire people."

"I like being able to fire people who provide services to me," Romney said. "You know, if someone doesn't give me a good service that I need, I want to say, 'I'm going to go get someone else to provide that service to me.'"
