Why A Mom Says She Still Does Her 29-Year-Old's Laundry

Candice says she's tired of her mom, Constance, controlling "every single aspect" of her life ... yet the 29-year-old still lives with her mother!

"What the hell are you doing living with your mother at 30 years old?" Dr. Phil probes.

"Well, I've been spoon-fed my entire life so I wouldn't even know what to do if I moved out. Literally, she does my laundry for me," Candice responds.

"Have you crippled her to the point of dependency that she has to live with you?" Dr. Phil asks Constance.

"Actually, I probably have," says Constance, who explains in the video above her rationale for doing her daughter's laundry.

On Monday’s episode of Dr. Phil, this mother and daughter turn to Dr. Phil for help in an episode called “My Daughter Is a Beautiful, Intelligent, Talented, Egomaniacal, Drug-Addicted Liar and Thief."
